NailTite™ Foam Gun Dispenser Cleaner is a cleaning solvent used to dissolve uncured foam and adhesive foam from unwanted places. Designed specifically for use with NailTite dispensing guns. NOTE: NailTite™ Foam Gun Dispenser Cleaner will not dissolve CURED foam or adhesive.

Directions

Be prepared. Wear protective goggles, gloves, and clothing. Do this cleaning process in a well-ventilated area using a plastic lined trash barrel. Shake can well before attaching to the NailTite™ dispensing gun. DO NOT use in a horizontal position. For gun cleaning, screw Foam Gun Cleaner can onto coupling – finger tight only. Carefully pull the trigger to discharge cleaner through gun. It is recommended that a minimum of 50% of a can of Foam Gun Cleaner be used to clean dispensing gun. Spray until all traces of foam or adhesive have been removed and you see that all yellowish resin has been cleaned from gun. Release the trigger and let solvent soak in gun for 1 to 3 minutes. Remove the can of Foam Gun Cleaner from the NailTite™ dispensing gun. Place a new can of foam onto the dispensing gun. Spray into the plastic lined trash barrel for 10 seconds to purge out all remaining cleaner in the dispensing gun. If a new can of spray foam is not available, it is recommended that a full or partially full can of Foam Gun Cleaner be left attached to the dispensing gun to prevent foam from curing.

Foam Gun Cleaner is also easily used without a dispensing gun for cleaning the basket and other parts of the gun of uncured foam. Attach the nozzle supplied and use the can as you would a normal aerosol spray can.

Cautions

Contents under pressure. Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves or other sources of heat. Do not puncture or incinerate container or store at temperatures over 49°C (120°F). Keep out of reach of children. Do not leave container in a closed area such as a motor vehicle, especially in the summer heat.

First Aid

Non-toxic under normal conditions. Treat as a mild irritant to skin. Flush eyes with water and see a physician. Product contains acetone and carbon dioxide propellant.

Shelf-Life and Storage

Foam Gun Cleaner is an aerosol material and must be kept below 49°C (120°F). Note to purchaser: Foam Gun Cleaner is guaranteed to conform to product specifications, if used by the expiry date imprinted on each aerosol container (18 months after manufacture).

The consumer shall satisfy themselves of the suitability of this product for the intended purpose. Weather, applicator's skill and surface conditions are beyond manufacturer's control. We, therefore, limit our liability to replacement of defective material only, within one year of proof of purchase.
