Application

Surfaces should be free from standing water, ice, snow and other foreign materials. Cut the spout at a 45° angle to desired bead size, puncture seal inside of spout and place into gun. Apply the adhesive in a continuous 6mm (1/4”) bead to joists or studs or to backside of siding or panels. Be certain that all outer edges and centers are adequately coated with adhesive to ensure a total bond. Use nails sparingly for support and as an aid to alignment during installation and until adhesive sets. If surfaces are uneven use “spot” build up of adhesive to level the substrate. Floor applications require the use of screws. Do not apply at temperatures below -17°C(0°F).

Cure Time

Approximately 48 hours.

Cleaning/Disposal

Clean-up with mineral spirits. Dispose in an approved hazardous waste facility.

Coverage

Approximately 25m (82 lineal feet) of a 6mm (1/4”) bead.
