Coverage

• Approximately 25m (82 lineal feet) w/a 6mm (1/4”) bead

Application

Surface must be clean, dry and structurally sound. Old concrete substrates should be washed with a 20% solution of muriatic acid and rinsed with water. Cut the spout at 45° angle to produce the required bead size and puncture the seal inside of the spout. Using a caulking gun apply a bead of 6mm (1/4”) wide 5cm (2”) from the front and back face of each block or cap stone. Use “S” beads of 6mm (1/4”) on the back of the paver to be applied directly to concrete. Placing of the block or pavers should be undertaken within 20 minutes of the application of the adhesive. Note:Do not apply at temperatures below -17°C (0°F). Keep adhesive temperature above 5°C (40°F). It is recommended that foot traffic stay off paving stones or retaining caps for approx. 48 hours; heavy traffic for approximately 4-5 days.

Cure Time

Approximately 48 hours.

Cleaning/Disposal

Clean-up with mineral spirits. Dispose in an approved hazardous waste facility.
