Thermostik^® 880-33 is an elastic, rapid setting insulation adhesive which develops a strong resilient bond. The product, because of its special synthetic rubber and non-flammable solvent composition, can be applied at low temperatures and sets rapidly. It is non-flammable during application and is moisture- and fungus-resistant when cured. Specially formulated for use with polyisocyanurate insulation.

Thermostik^® is used for bonding insulation boards such as polyisocyanurate, fibrous glass or mineral fibre to steel, wood, gypsum board or concrete in the construction of roof decks as well as to modified bitumen membrane air/vapour barriers, kraft vapour barrier, asphalt built-up vapour barriers, and Blueskin^® Air/Vapour Barriers. It also can be used for laminating insulation panels to one another and for adhering fibreboard or Re-Cover Board panels to the insulation. Thermostik^® 880-33 is compatible with and can be used to adhere insulation or fibreboard panels to aged asphalt or coal tar roofs.
