Henry 403 Spray Grade Cold-Ap^® Cement is a premium, spray grade, waterproof adhesive made from asphalt, solvents, and organic fibers. As a replacement for hot asphalt in built-up roofing (BUR) applications, Henry 403 Spray Grade Cold-Ap^® Cement is designed for bonding layers of asphalt coated base sheets. This product is not for sale in southern California.

• Spray grade version of Henry 203
• Greater cold-weather flexibility, allows longer working time
• Use to bond layers of conventional, BUR, or SBS base and cap sheets (not APP); For embedding polyester fabric, gravel, granules
• Not recommended for saturated felt; Not for use over solvent-sensitive insulation
• Apply with brush, roller or squeegee
• ASTM D3019 Type III
