Henry RC-250 Asphalt is a heavy-bodied, cut-back asphalt protective coating which forms a high gloss, dried film that is smooth and tough.  It resists penetration of water and has good resistance to brittleness at low temperature.  The durable film bonds tightly to most clean, firm and dry surfaces.  This product has good resistance to temperature change and demonstrates excellent weatherability.
