PreparationSurface must be free from any dust, dirt and contaminants. Clean all previously sealed surfaces with Stone Mason® All Purpose Concrete Cleaner or appropriate substitute. Clean all unsealed surfaces with Stone Mason® Efflorescence and Rust Remover. Rinse thoroughly and let dry 24 hours. ApplicationApply a thin, uniform coat with a brush, thick nap roller or airless spray. Allow to dry 48 hours before exposing to traffic. A higher gloss can be achieved by applying a second coat after 2 to 4 hours or dry to the touch. CoverageEach 3.78 L (1 US gal) can will cover approx. 14–18.5 m2 (150–200 sq ft) with a one coat application. However, rough and more absorbent substrates will lower the coverage rate. CleaningClean tools with warm water while “TOP COAT” sealer is still wet. LimitationsApply in temperature between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 86°F). Do not apply when rain is imminent within 36 hours.
